Where is the store based?

Lunaflora Landing is currently based out of the Bradenton, Florida area.


Do you accept orders placed outside of the U.S.?

Lunaflora Landing ships both domestically and internationally. Please keep in mind that shipping costs will vary between these categories, and will be calculated at the time of checkout.


How do I get a commission?

At this time, our commission openings are announced only via Instagram, which can be found here: https://www.instagram.com/lunaflora_landing/


What rights do I have to the artwork if I commission you?

You have full rights to personal, non-commercial use of commissioned artwork. For instance, you can use the artwork as an icon, for a personal t-shirt, or even on stickers you intend to give out for free! Generally, if it’s made for you, and NOT for sale, it’s okay.

You have limited commercial use rights to commissioned artwork. You do NOT have the right to use commissioned artwork to create new molds with another manufacturer. Clients are NOT permitted to create additional products for sale, including, but not limited to: t-shirts, keychains, pins, etc. without written permission. 


Are copyrighted characters allowed?

We will not create products based off of a design that does not explicitly belong to the client. Due to legal complications, we will NOT produce unlicensed merchandise of media characters for our custom products. If you have a “fan character” based off of a licensed media, we may accept said character as long as it doesn’t clearly resemble an existing one. 

Despite this commission restriction, we plan on producing merchandise of some of our more coveted fandoms.

What types of payment do you accept?

We only accept payments made through Paypal. Paypal allows you to safely and easily use a credit or debit card for your transaction.


How long will it take to process my order?

Generally, orders tend to be shipped within 48 hours after purchase. However, processing times for pre-orders, orders placed on vacation, orders placed in the event of a re-stock, etc, may be significantly delayed. *Note: This does NOT apply to custom made-to-order products, and ONLY to products that are currently stocked.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. This time may vary depending on the efficiency of local post offices, weather delays, your location, etc. International shipping delivery generally varies between 2 and 12 weeks. Lunaflora Landing is not responsible for delays in shipping associated with holidays, weather services, post office efficiency, etc. If you believe that your package may be lost, please contact support at [email protected].


If an item is out of stock, will it ever come back?

Depending on popular demand, we may bring back a retired product. Generally, we produce single runs of our products unless explicitly specified.

What is this store's tax policy?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes that may apply to their order. Lunaflora Landing is not responsible for any delays and/or additional fees resulting from customs.


What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Lunaflora Landing does NOT accept returns. However, we are more than happy to exchange any product that may be damaged, lost, or stolen in transit with sufficient proof. This does not include defective products that have been intentionally purchased, such as B or C-grade enamel pins.


What is this store's cancellation policy?

Lunaflora Landing will only accept cancellations up to 24 hours after purchase. In the event that a shipping label has been bought or printed before a customer's cancellation, the product will be shipped to the address provided and a refund will NOT be issued.
